We are pleased to announce that Asa E. Phillips III became of counsel to Clements Pajak LLC in January 2011. Attorney Phillips will provide legal support for any extended or unforeseen absence of Attorney Pajak. He and Attorney Pajak often consult with each other as legal questions arise. Attorney Phillips' is a Principal with the law firm of Clarkin, Sawyer & Phillips P.C. His practice encompasses estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration, with a particular focus on estate planning for business owners, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, and serving as a professional fiduciary. Attorney Phillips graduated from Middlebury College cum laude and with high honors in English Literature in 1979. He received his law degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1982. He has been a member of the Maine and Massachusetts bars since 1982 and is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Estate and Trust Section of the Boston Bar Association.
