Mary Clements Pajak has extensive experience in assisting families with planning for the preservation and disposition of their wealth.  She focuses on clients' goals, needs, concerns, desires, objectives, and priorities, taking into account the tax and non-tax options for satisfying these issues.

Communication is very important to Attorney Pajak.  Keeping clients informed and helping to educate them in the complexity of the planning and administration of their wealth transfer options is a meaningful part of the relationship established.  Knowing that the primary importance is the individual and the family, Attorney Pajak is pleased to provide the highest quality legal services.

Attorney Pajak was formerly an Associate for many years at Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston.  She also served as Vice President, at Mellon Bank (Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company), and was the Northeast Regional Manager of the Estate Settlement Department for Mellon Bank.  Attorney Pajak began her private practice as an attorney at Mofenson Law Offices in Newton (formerly Mofenson & Nicoletti), prior to establishing the law firm of McWalter Pajak LLP in Concord, Massachusetts.  Attorney Pajak is the principal of the law firm Clements Pajak LLC.

Mary Clements Pajak received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College Law School and graduated with an A.L.B. (Bachelor of Liberal Arts) in Social Sciences cum laude from Harvard University.  She has taught seminars through MCLE and ALI-ABA, and has published in The Practical Lawyer.  She also develops and produces seminars in estate planning for individuals, as well as estate tax issues for financial planners.

Attorney Pajak is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Maine.  She is a member of the American, Massachusetts, Maine, Boston, and Women's Bar Associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Her interests include her husband and two children, her extended family, traveling, and reading.  She has been active in the Parish of St. Bernard in West Newton, Massachusetts and at her children's schools.
